Free Childhood Nutrition Seminar at the F.M. Kirby Children’s Center and Family Center of the Madison Area on Aug. 1 and Sept. 28

    All are invited to join the Madison YMCA for a free Start Healthy, Stay Healthy: Childhood Nutrition Seminar.

    The focus of the seminar is to educate families in order to guarantee the health and nutrition of young children. The central points include the importance of healthier eating, how to conquer picky eaters’ habits, and the secrets of appropriate portion management.
