This memorial scholarship was established in 2013 by Mary, Tim and Kathryn McShane, wife and children of the late Paul McShane. Paul was committed to the cheese industry, especially to artisan and specialty cheeses, and was a superb salesman. A friend even referred to him as the Cheese Czar of the Midwest. His first job in the cheese industry was with Kraft and from there he went on to work with several other companies including Nestle, Kaukauna Cheese, Frigo, Beatrice Foods and Emmi Roth, USA, where he served as vice-president of sales.
