Join the South Dakota State University (SDSU) Food and Families Program team and play a vital role in leading curriculum development and implementation for our education programs funded through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Education Program (SNAP-Ed) and the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). We are seeking a passionate individual to lead the selection, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational curriculum used statewide, ensuring adherence to federal guidelines. This position can be located in one of the four regional centers located in Aberdeen, Watertown, Pierre or Mitchell and is a 12 month, full-time, benefits-eligible position.
