Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our program. If you have questions or would like to learn more about declaring Nutritional Science or Pre-Dietetics, please consider making an appointment with the Departmental Advisor.
If you have decided to declare Pre-Dietetics or dietetics, follow this link to How to Declare/ Apply. Students admitted to the Pre-Dietetics program are assigned to the Departmental Advisor. Students admitted to the Nutritional Sciences Program will be matched with a DPD faculty advisor by the Departmental Advisor.
Both Nutritional Sciences and Pre-Dietetics students can expect to receive individualized academic and career guidance.
Academic Advising
Students admitted to the Pre-Dietetics program are assigned a pre-dietetics advisor. Dietetic students will be matched with a DPD faculty advisor by the Departmental Advisor. The DPD faculty advisor will help students plan classes for the remaining DPD program and assist with career guidance. Both Pre-Dietetic and Dietetic students can expect to receive individualized academic and career guidance.
